Cathays High School is seeking to appoint an excellent full-time Art Teacher on a maternity cover. The role will commence on 1st November 2021 (or nearest possible date) and will continue until 1st June 2022. We require a teacher to plan and deliver high quality teaching and learning experiences from KS3 to KS5; that meet the needs of our students. We will require you to use assessment information to plan for the progress and achievement of all young people in your classes.
You will assist in the development of an appropriate syllabus, resources and schemes of work, and to assist the Raising Standards Leader and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that Art lessons help to deliver the school’s strategic objectives.
