We are seeking a highly motivated individual to carry out training and assessment with a variety of learners in our Construction/Plumbing area.
The main responsibility of our Assessor/Trainer - Plumbing/Gas will be to provide high quality training to learners, both in College and in their workplace. The successful candidate will also be required to assess learner's competence in line with appropriate industrial and qualification standards and record assessment outcomes.
Reporting to the Work based learning Manager, you will be required to enrol candidates in line with College procedures and maintain accurate records for candidates in both written and computer-generated database formats.
Although prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous, full training would be available to a high calibre candidate who can demonstrate a commitment to the post.
To fulfil the role, you will have:
•Relevant Level 3 plumbing and gas qualifications
•the ability to demonstrate a wide range of experiences within related industries
Qualifications or experience within other construction or engineering fields would be beneficial, although not essential.
