Salary: £24,022 - £32,318 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per
Locations: Based at Tonbridge with assessments off-site and across West Kent and Ashford College sites

About the Role
We are looking for a Work Based Learning Assessor in Plumbing to join our team.
As an Assessor in Plumbing, you will work as part of the peripatetic assessor team based at Tonbridge.
The ideal candidate will have a 2357 Level 3 qualification or equivalent, Assessor Award (A1) or TAQA and experience within relevant Domestic and Commercial settings with experience and knowledge of assessing 2357 L3 qualifications. Level 2 English and Maths is required.

As well as offering excellent training facilities, the College will support you with a reduced teaching commitment in your first year, generous annual leave entitlement, access to the Teachers’ Pension Scheme. On top of this, the College offers financial support when you complete Initial Teacher Training course via West Kent and Ashford College. You will receive £600 at the end of your first year of employment at the College as a fully qualified teacher and £750 at the end of the second year of employment.
