We require a committed Assistant Cook to operate the day to day running of the catering provision at City Skills. This role requires the successful applicant to work flexibly in supporting the commercial Café and hospitality on the site. You will support and liaise with your Supervisor as required. You will ensure that all preparation and service of food is carried out within the relevant requirements and support the food ordering and audit systems. You will also be required to carry out store management, monitoring and rotation of stock, care of equipment and temperature monitoring for the commercial operation. The successful candidate will also have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and an interest in developing themselves and others.
