Assistant to SENCO
36 hours per week (Monday-Friday between 8am-4pm (3pm Friday))
39 weeks per year
Salary Range: NJC 16-25, Starting Salary: £26,274 - £30,708 FTE, £22,438 - £26,343 actual
We are seeking to appoint an Assistant to SENCO to be a key part of our SEND and Inclusion department to provide a strong level of knowledge and support to both our students and staff for the smooth running of the department
The post holder will undertake a range of general clerical, manual and administrative duties to support the SENCO, all SEND staff and students. The role will include managing the provision for all students identified for additional support, and may include some time working with students in small groups or on a 1:1 basis. There is the opportunity to pursue specialist qualifications through this post for the right candidate.
