Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only (41 weeks)

Are you passionate about helping young people to overcome their barriers and to achieve their full potential?
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to manage and lead our team of Behaviour Support Officers in influencing and improving behaviour, standards and attendance across the college.
With a personal style that inspires trust and confidence, you will work with college staff to implement strategies and processes to manage attendance and behaviour, whilst ensuring timely support and intervention for our learners.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence and will take a holistic approach to helping our young people.
Holding a level 3 qualification in a relevant subject, you will have significant experience of dealing with safeguarding issues and working with young people with a range of social, behavioural and/or emotional needs. Experience of leading and managing a team is an essential requirement for this post.
