Lecturer – Biology
Contract: Full or Part Time considered
Salary: £26,508 to £37,833 pa pro rata
Start Date: August 2019
We have a role available within our Science department. In this role, you will be required to teach Biology courses at Level 1, 2, GCSE, A level and Level 3 BTEC . We will consider full or part time applications for this role. Please indicate on your application your preferred contract size.
Our Science team is a dynamic and successful group of lecturers who are forward-looking and lead the college in producing innovative resources. It is essential that you hold a degree in Biology or related subject together with a full Level 5 Teaching qualification. You are required to have English and ICT at Level 2 or higher.
We would expect you to have an in-depth knowledge of the subject specialism to teach on Level 2 and 3 qualifications. For further information, please refer to the job description.
