Wiltshire College & University Centre are currently seeking a Business Admin Apprentice to join our Trowbridge campus on a Level 3 Apprenticeship. This role is fixed term for two years, with potential to turn permanent on qualification completion. Within your role you will provide a high-quality customer service to all customers, both internal and external by ensuring all telephone and email enquires are answered promptly in line with our Service Standards. You will also provide administration support to our Admissions team within busy periods, processing application requests within our College online system, contacting applicant for additional information required and answering general enquires. Initial Assessments will be required to be completed by the successful candidate by our Apprenticeships team to confirm level of study.
