Completion of the Business & Administration Apprenticeship requires you to be in employment, which is why we are offering you this fantastic opportunity to work and study at the same institution.
This position sits within the central Administration department servicing the needs of all College stakeholders. Working for the largest support department in the College means you will gain exposure to all aspects of Business Administration including how to manage your own workload in a very busy and demanding environment.
At the end of this contract, you will have obtained a Level 3 Business Administration, experience of working in an administration environment, a continuing professional development (CPD) portfolio and an employment reference.
Working closely with the administration team you will provide excellent customer care to the stakeholders of the college, acting in a professional and courteous manner and maintaining confidentiality at all times. The successful post holder will embrace/engage and proactively ensure accurate/up to date information/adhering to the SLAs of the Team/Department thus providing the stakeholders the expected outcome of their requests/delivery of the service.
