About the role:
An exciting opportunity has come up for a Business Lecturer to join West London College to deliver high-quality teaching to our learners and provide them with an outstanding experience.
As a lecturer you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to our learners and providing them with an outstanding experience. You will have the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development within the department and be actively involved in the recruitment, interviewing, selection and counselling of students.
You will have a track record in delivering innovative and creative teaching and learning whilst possessing up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of curriculum delivery, as this is essential in inspiring and engaging our learners throughout their time with West London College. Our Business Curriculum includes the following courses:
- L1 Introductory diploma in Business
- L2 Extended Certificate in Business
- BTEC L3 Foundation Diploma in Business
- BTEC L3 Extended Diploma in Business
Our learners are at the heart of our College and so to motivate and support our learners having a passion a delivering student success and having the ability to use inspiring teaching methods and produce engaging teaching materials is essential.
