We are seeking a Business Partnership Manager who will work within the Weston College Group. A business development and skills professional, working with employers across all industries and sectors, you will provide support, advice and guidance to business customers, providing an effective ‘one front door’ experience for employers looking to recruit, train and grow an effective workforce with Weston College.
This role will focus on maximising employer relationships and responding to the business growth and income generation priorities of Weston College.
You will focus on understanding employer training needs, provide professional skills advice.
You will motivate employers to develop partnerships, maximising funding streams across the College including commercial revenue, and create opportunities for Weston College learners.
In addition, you will manage an existing portfolio of strategic employer accounts, managing relationships with key stakeholders, building long-term relationships.
You will have a clear understanding of the regional skills agenda, including key industries, and the skills support offer available to employers who interact with Weston College.
You will be driven by creating successful employer partnerships between business and education and ensuring employer partners maximise their relationship with Weston College.
Based within the Business Growth team, you will report to the Business Growth and Employer Partnership Manager and deliver the college’s vision to provide a holistic approach to supporting employers to generate income and opportunities for learners, delivering the college mission of creating brighter futures.
