Receptionist / Technician. Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy. Casual Hours.
We are seeking to appoint a Receptionist / Technician to join our Hairdressing and Beauty team. The role is varied and wide ranging so knowledge of both disciplines would be desirable. Candidates should be able to demonstrate an ability to manage a busy daily workload and ensure the highest levels of customer service.
Responsibilities for the successful applicant include providing relevant support to the delivery team and students to ensure smooth operation of the area on a day to day basis, to complete/update all relevant health and safety documentation in line with College requirements. You should have knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements; a first aid qualification would be an advantage.
Applicants should hold a relevant Level 3 qualification, in either Hairdressing or Beauty Therapy. You will also hold a Level 2 minimum in English and maths (GCSE Grade C or above, GCSE Grade 4 or above, or equivalent) as well as a minimum Level 2 qualification in IT and / or equivalent Microsoft Word/Excel experience.
The successful candidate will join an ambitious team who are passionate about developing and delivering the highest quality provision for the sector.
