Casual Trainer Assessor (Internal). Re-engagement.
As a result of our success in training unemployed adults we are looking for inspirational Trainer Assessors to deliver formal qualifications on our short course programmes. This role will involve establishing and maintaining effective training, learning and assessment activities to record student progress.
We are looking for casual Trainer Assessors who have recent and current experience of delivering one or more of the following programmes to unemployed adults:
•Employability skills (CV, Self-Assessment, Resilience, Interview skills)
•Health and Social Care

You will hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in one or more of the subject areas as well as a minimum Level 2 in maths and English (GCSE grade C or above, GCSE Grade 4 or above) or equivalent. If you hold a formal teaching qualification this would be an advantage but is not essential.
You will be expected to develop session plans to meet individual student needs and deliver innovative sessions that motivate some of the most disadvantaged adults. You will need to have a flexible approach to working and the ability to prioritise your workload to meet assessment deadlines and timely completion of paperwork.
Candidates will be expected to attend ongoing training and development activities to maintain competence in teaching practice and the subject area.
This is a casual position with no fixed hours.
