About the role:
To deliver comprehensive teaching and learning of Culinary Arts subjects in both a practical and theoretical environment to our Chef Apprentice learners. You will report directly to the Programme Manager for Apprenticeships and work closely with other lecturers and assessors delivering the Apprenticeship frameworks.
The successful applicant will hold relevant industry qualifications, preferably NVQ level 3 or higher and have extensive experience of ongoing professional updating and development within the catering and hospitality industry.
You will be required to assist in the delivery and assessment of the training offer for Apprenticeships and potentially this may include full time and part time programmes alongside bespoke short-course provision.
You will also be required to participate in other relevant activities from attending team meetings, designing new training programmes and resources, to assessing, reviewing and recording learner progress.
