We are recruiting for a well experienced Commercial Engineering Lecturer (Mechanical). Working within our Engineering department, you will be responsible for Teaching and Learning, to provide an outstanding service to students and employers, specifically for the commercial education contracts. You will play an active role in the continued improvement of course delivery for Engineering commercial contracts. Responsible for delivering engaging and well planned lessons, both in person and remotely, for a range of different programmes including FE, HE and Apprenticeships. To ensure programmes of study meet high student and employer expectations resulting in high achievement and satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for innovative course delivery at levels 2,3 and 4 for our prestigious commercial partners both online, and in person at multiple employer locations across the South and occasionally within the college.
This role will also require some delivery outside of the traditional education term times due to the nature of the client base.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background within Mechanical Engineering with excellent industry experience, a relevant Engineering degree as well as a teaching qualification and be an expert in online delivery; You will be highly professional in your approach and deliver outstanding teaching, learning and customer satisfaction at all times to ensure that all learners succeed in their programmes.
