As a progressive student-centred College, we are now looking for a Curriculum Manager for the Construction Trades department, with teaching hours in Multitrade/Brick.

The successful candidate will assist the Head of Department with the management and motivation of staff, supporting high quality teaching and learning, whilst assisting with performance management and quality related issues. You will assist with the monitoring and delivery of individual, team, department and College MLPs, creating and delivering effective study programmes. You will contribute to quality assurance and business planning in order to ensure the effective delivery of a high quality, fit for purpose curriculum team.
You will hold a Level 3 or higher NVQ qualification (or equivalent) relevant to the curriculum area and also have a teaching qualification. You will have relevant experience in the area and have knowledge of current developments within FE. You will also have relevant industry experience.
INTERVIEWS WILL BE ON THE 16TH OCTOBER 2019 AT OUR MEDWAY CAMPUS IN GILLINGHAM.
