Our mission is ‘Realising potential, transforming lives’. Our environment is inclusive, friendly and supportive, with high expectations for both staff and students. To thrive in our environment, you will need to be resilient, positive, able to work autonomously, have a strong work ethic, and put our learners at the heart of everything you do.
Suitable candidates should possess appropriate academic qualifications, which should include a combination of an honours degree or equivalent professional qualification, and a teaching qualification. In addition, suitable candidates should have extensive knowledge of the construction trades, with ideally a background in joinery/brickwork/plumbing, and an extensive knowledge of the apprenticeships standards that fall in this area, with a proven track record of delivery and success.
