As a progressive student-centred College, we are now looking for a Curriculum Manager for our Engineering department.

Details of the role
The successful candidate will assist the Head of Department with the management and motivation of staff, supporting high quality teaching and learning, whilst assisting with performance management and quality related issues. You will assist with the monitoring and delivery of individual, team, department and College MLP's, creating and delivering effective study programmes. You will contribute to quality assurance and business planning in order to ensure the effective delivery of a high quality, fit for purpose curriculum team.
The candidate will need to have a background in Mechanical Engineering and Welding which should include industry experience.
You will hold a Level 3 or higher NVQ qualification (or equivalent) relevant to the curriculum area and also have a teaching qualification. You will have relevant experience in the area and have knowledge of current developments within FE.
Interviews will be on 7th January 2020.
