The Faculty of Health and Wellbeing requires a Curriculum Manager to support and develop our Counselling, Sport and Exercise Science and Travel and Tourism provision.
The candidate will be expected to thrive in an environment of outstanding achievement and growing learner numbers.
It will be expected they are already an outstanding manager or have ambition to become one. It is a given that they will be able to lead in TLA and enrich the learning experience with trips and visits.
Experience of delivering outstanding provision during Ofsted and outstanding study programme attendance is desired, to compliment a flexible and highly skilled team that has built the area from the ground up.
The candidate will be able to combine and follow through with new and existing components in place within the faculty for the new inspection framework.
Managerial experience from outside of the vocational areas of Counselling, Travel and Sport is also encouraged. Candidates are not expected to have expertise in all vocational areas.
The College is based in a fantastic location overlooking Clapham Common and has recently joined the London South Bank University (LSBU) 'family' of education institutions in a pioneering move designed to enhance Lambeth College's offer and create greater access to education for all across South London.
