Weston College is the regional provider for OLASS 4 prison education delivery across the South West of England and is now seeking to recruit an outstanding and innovative Curriculum Manager at HMP Guys Marsh.
Reporting to an Area Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing successful delivery of the planned curriculum and all contract requirements at HMP Guys Marsh. This will involve the utilisation and management of a team of teaching and administrative staff, ensuring the continued development of the quality of teaching, learning and assessment and successfully maintaining a range of partnerships within a custodial setting.
Candidates must have relevant experience within offender learning and/or successful experience of managing a team of education staff as well as a teaching qualification.
