Following the creation of Lewisham and Southwark colleges new opportunity have risen for enthusiastic Curriculum Manager to join Southwark College and manage the day-to-day development of the curriculum portfolio, ensuring it is consistent with College plans.
The successful post holder will be required to lead, motivate, develop and manage a curriculum team taking responsibility for performance management, personal development and target setting for individuals. To be able to utilise staff resources and maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
Having worked in a similar role or ready for you next step into Middle Management, you will bring a motivational, target driven approach and drive, to build a dynamic and successful team.
The role also involves teaching delivery hours.
These are full time positions based at Southwark College.
To be considered for this role you must be qualified to a degree level or equivalent in the subject area, and be a fully qualified teacher with demonstrable experience working within higher education. A management qualification will be an advantage, though not essential.
