West Lancashire College is a further education college situated in Skelmersdale, in the heart of West Lancashire.
NCG West Lancs College is seeking to recruit an English or Maths specialist to manage the English and Maths Curriculum area at their campus in Skelmersdale. The role will support the strategic management and development of all aspects of teaching and learning in the Maths and English curriculum areas. You will be responsible for working closely with the vocational Curriculum Managers, facilitating the development and delivery of all aspects of English and Maths programmes across the Service.

• To support and develop excellent teaching practices
• To contribute to the overall strategic management of the area
• To assist in the identification of new developments, initiatives and policies
• To implement data and financial monitoring procedures.
• To be responsible for self-assessment and the Quality Improvement Plan
• To ensure the implementation of all college policies in the area
