Forward Futures is an established Recruitment Specialist providing a high quality service to Education professionals seeking temporary & contract positions with a leading FE College within North Somerset.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals for 2 part time positions and 1 full time position to provide outstanding customer service to customers at the reception desk and on the switchboard phones. You will be enabling engagement with the College through effective and responsive switchboard services, achieving a minimum standard of 95% answer rate. In addition, you will be assisting in the provision of a responsive reception service, ensuring an exemplary standard that exceeds customer expectations.
As part of the registration process with Forward Futures, you will be required to complete a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) application, which will be processed upon an offer and acceptance of an assignment.
