An exciting opportunity has become available within the high performing Group Management Information Services department.
As a Data Quality and Compliance Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for high quality data in accordance with regulatory funding bodies to enable the generation of accurate and timely Individualised Learning Record (ILR) returns as required by the Education and Skills Funding Agency and higher education data in accordance with OfS and HESA regulations.
You will also work with the Group Director and Group Manager of MIS to ensure the curriculum plan is set up and validation checks re undertaken to assess accuracy and identification of any anomalies/outliers is resolved through collaborative meetings with academic staff.
The successful candidate must be a team player who is flexible, adaptable, have a keen eye for detail and takes a positive and proactive approach to their work. It is essential that you have a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject as well as grades 4+ (A*- C) in GCSE English and maths and have experience in using Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook. Previous data entry or data quality experience would be advantageous.
