About the role:
To Manage CCCT learning programmes, leading to successful and timely outcomes for learners. To be responsible for the learner and employer experience, to uphold satisfaction and ensure their voice is heard and acted upon by making sure the monthly reports to employers are completed and shared with all stakeholders. Ensure every programme of delivery meets the needs of learners, employers, local stakeholders. To lead on CCCT e-portfolio/ MIS system for their area of responsibility, to monitor, embed and performance manage usage including timely completions of learner's reviews. To be responsible for Quality Assurance to include session observation, EQA and IQA processes, self-assessment and QIP. To support staff to be innovative in all aspects of teaching and learning and to embed the use of e-learning and e-portfolios. To monitor quality within their area of responsibility to ensure CCCT deliver high quality and innovative teaching and learning, achievement and progression outcomes for all delivery programmes.
