THE ROLE: DEPUTY HEADTEACHER
SALARY: LEADERSHIP POINTS 16 – 20 £64,225 - £70,733, PERMANENT POST
The starting salary will be negotiated dependent on the experience of the successful candidate and progression up the pay spine will be determined within our performance management system.

Nether Hall School is a welcoming and vibrant special school located on the edge of the city of Leicester. Due to our current Deputy Headteacher exploring alternative career opportunities, the Governors wish to appoint a senior leader with a proven track record of excellent classroom practice, who is child centred and believes wholly in our school values.
We are seeking an ambitious and energetic professional with experience of leading teams, monitoring teaching and learning, and with experience of successfully leading improvement and raising standards. Our multi-cultural and diverse community is highly valued by our families and staff and as a school we expect everyone to actively contribute to and promote our strong, positive ethos.
