RHACC is seeking a Deputy Learner Services Manager to supervise the learner services team to deliver a high quality service and excellent customer experience. This role will ensure that administration processes are robust, effective, efficient and up to date, ensuring that systems and processes are flexible in supporting the needs of service users.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and sensitively with people with differing abilities, backgrounds and experience.
You will have previous experience of supervising a customer facing team and have excellent demonstrable organisational and time management skills.
To be successful in this role, you will also need to demonstrate:
Understanding of the key elements of providing an excellent customer service across a range of activities e.g. Reception, Admissions, Enrolment, Childcare, Bursaries
An understanding of funding choices available to Adult/FE students, including the 24+ Advanced Learning Loan, HE Loans and of ESFA learner eligibility criteria
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience of working effectively with a range of colleagues and partners/stakeholders
