These vacancies are only available to employees of Cardiff Council including Cardiffworks and Agency Workers currently engaged with the Council.
The Education Directorate are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to work closely with the Principal Educational Psychologist in managing the central Educational Psychology team and to contribute to the decision-making processes regarding the allocation of other resources, both statutory and non-statutory cases.
This post will support the Head of Inclusion and Inclusion Service in building the capacity of schools and settings to meet the needs of children and young people, and in particular, those with additional learning needs (ALN) and improve pupil outcomes through promoting inclusion, widening participation and raising levels of achievement and wellbeing.
There are also opportunities to extend the breadth and depth of the Educational Psychology Service income generation opportunities, by making a significant contributing to the overall innovation within the Educational Psychology Service.
