This is an excellent opportunity for an expert in curriculum development, innovation and design to drive up standards of teaching and learning and best practice across the College.
The successful candidate will hold line management responsibility for a number of curriculum areas across the College, and identify new developments, which will lead to growth in 16-18, 24+ and apprenticeships. You will lead, manage and develop the strategic direction of the designated curriculum schools, maximise student participation and success rates, and ensure all students receive a consistently outstanding experience.
You will be developing employer partnership programmes, IoT strategies and ensure continued commitment to the development of revenue streams, along with a proactive role in the delivery of Newham College’s strategic initiatives, aims and ambitions.
We are looking for a creative decision maker who can influence change management around expectations, with the aim of building a more performance driven culture. You have a clear understanding of study programmes, the funding methodology and the delivery models associated with them and a full understanding of adult funding.
