We are looking to appoint a Director of Professional Development and Quality Improvement to join our team based at Sutton Coldfield College.
The Successful candidate will provide inspirational leadership to drive the continuous improvement of the organisation through the design and delivery of innovative, best practice developmental activities that respond to identified current and future priorities.
The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of BMet’s strategic plan through the provision of structured quality improvement initiatives and developmental programmes, for both curriculum and non-curriculum staff. To provide comprehensive support for all staff to develop their performance in line with the College’s strategic priorities and improve the Organisations overall effectiveness. The post holder will work closely with the Vice Principal of Curriculum and Quality to lead the professional development team in producing and delivering a comprehensive suite of activities to drive outstanding teaching, learning and assessments. The role will require the successful candidate to work with the wider Quality team and monitor the impact of developmental activities to ensure the College achieves outstanding levels of performance.
