Due to the retirement of the current postholder, the college is seeking a new Director of Student Services & Marketing. Working with a team of strong specialists, the new postholder will be instrumental in leading the development and implementation of the college’s strategies on student support services and marketing activities to ensure that there is a high quality student support framework, which delivers excellent and innovative support and inspires every student to achieve their ambitions.
The ideal candidate will bring a successful track record in the leadership and management of diverse, multi-disciplinary teams within a post-16 educational setting. You will be able to demonstrate achievement of promoting equality, diversity and inclusion and an ability to work collaboratively and network across the college and with external partners to achieve success.
