Educational Psychologist: 0.6 part time, 39 weeks per year
Grade/Salary: Soulbury Scale (spinal points 1 to 6 pro rata)
We seek to appoint an Educational Psychologist to enhance our excellent ALN and wellbeing provision. The successful applicant will work with our pupils to support their emotional and mental wellbeing. You will also contribute to the identification and assessment of ALN and deliver a range of therapeutic interventions.
Your role will involve using a person-centred approach to meet the needs of our pupils. You will need to work and communicate effectively with pupils, parents/carers, school staff, with staff in our partner primaries and with other agencies.
You should hold relevant qualifications and be HCPC registered.
You should also have experience of working with children and young people within an educational, health, social care, youth justice, childcare or community setting, particularly those with mental health issues.
