We are currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and experienced English specialist to work full time as part of the College’s dedicated Apprenticeship team.
A highly effective and experienced teacher of English is required to deliver innovative teaching and learning that will guarantee high levels of success, essential for the achievement of the Apprenticeship qualification.
The successful candidate with be required to work closely with training consultants, employers and learners to deliver Functional Skills qualifications. You will need to be flexible, adapting your delivery to group lessons, intensive delivery and 1-2-1’s as required.
As a fully integrated member of staff within the Apprenticeship team you will also support Training Consultants to embed English into their day to day practice.
The post holder will be required to deliver lessons in the workplace and across the Watford, Hemel and Kings Langley Campus.
