The College has therefore created the new role of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Wellbeing Coordinator.
Lead on the College's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion action plan and the College's Wellbeing Strategy to ensure they are imbedded into College culture and values.
Coordination and delivery of all EDI and Wellbeing campaigns
To work closely with key stakeholders to ensure good practice is being imbedded across the College
Track and report on all statistics and goals
Requirements for the role:
Relevant professional experience
- Working experience of equality and diversity within a large organisation and application of EDI and Wellbeing policies and procedures
- Expertise in EDI legislation and current political and social awareness
- Experience of successfully engaging with and influencing staff in relation to EDI and Wellbeing initiatives
- Experience of managing and providing a wide range of statistics
This is a part time (0.6fte), permanent position working approximately 22 hours a week. This role is based at our Watford campus, but will need to be able to travel across all sites.
