Salary: £18,532 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Hours to be worked - 4.00 to 11.30 pm
About the role
We are looking for an Estates Evening Duty Officer to join our Estates team.
As an Estates Evening Duty Officer, you will provide an Estates presence in the reception area during the evening periods, providing a point of contact for visitors, students and staff. At the end of the shift you will be responsible for securing the premises and setting the intruder alarm.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience of working in a similar role, willingness to achieve a First Aid at work qualification and undergo fire marshal training. You must have Level 2, or equivalent, Literacy and Numeracy qualifications.
