£25,226 to £27,107per annum including London Weighting Allowance

We are seeking to appoint experienced and proactive individuals as Examinations and Compliance Officers to join the Examinations Team at City of Westminster College (Westminster) and College of North West London (Brent).
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in a busy examinations office. This would include proven ability to submit examination entries to multiple awarding bodies as well as providing administrative support in a wide range of examination related areas.
It is also essential that you have good organisational skills; in particular, you will be effective in planning and prioritising a heavy workload and meeting conflicting deadlines. Successful candidates will have careful attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with a broad range of people that includes awarding bodies, students and staff.
We are looking for a strong team player, someone with a flexible approach to their work and who is willing to help out where needed. It is also essential that you are committed to raising standards of customer service.
