Wiltshire College & University Centre are currently seeking an Apprentice Executive Assistant to join our Senior Leadership Group through our Apprenticeship programme, completing a Level 3 Business Administration Diploma.
As post holder, your main responsibility will be to provide efficient and effective support to our Senior Executive Assistant and Leadership Group. Managing diaries, arranging meetings, answering routine correspondence, circling documentation and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times. The successful candidate will be committed to travelling to all four main campuses.
Initial Assessments will be required to be completed by the successful candidate by our Apprenticeships team to confirm level of study.

Early in 2017 the College was awarded more than £20million of government Local Growth Fund money via the Swindon and Wiltshire Local Enterprise Partnership (SWLEP) to invest in its Salisbury and Lackham campuses. The plans include redeveloping the Salisbury campus and introducing a new Life Science curriculum there, while Lackham will see the construction of an Agricultural Technology Centre and the introduction of a higher education centre which will house incubation space for land-based businesses.
