Salary: £16,558 - £18,532 per annum pro rata
£6,127 - £6,858 for the hours stated
Hours: 16 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (term time)
(to be worked Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 10am – 2pm)
About the role
We are looking for a Technician in Fashion and Textiles to join our Creative Studies team.
As a Fashion and Textiles Technician, you will work as part of the Art & Design team to manage store rooms, stock levels and resources and specialist facilities, helping ensure a positive student experience and a safe working environment.
The ideal candidate will have ability to demonstrate a good level of knowledge and understanding in all aspects of Fashion, which may include a specific specialism and an awareness of the opportunities within the Creative Industries. It is essential to have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in an appropriate discipline, as well as experience of exhibiting work and the setting up of exhibitions. Level 2 English and Maths is required
