FE Customer and Applications Assistant
Salary: £18,842 - £19,088 (A16-17)
Basis: Full time, 1 Year Fixed Term

Reaseheath, one of the UK’s leading land-based colleges, we are looking to recruit for an FE Customer and Applications Assistant, to work within our Marketing Department.
As part of the FE Customer and Applications team you will be working to provide a seamless service to our potential further education students from their initial enquiry/application through to enrolment at the college.
You will have:
o a confident and positive approach together with exceptional customer service skills and the drive and determination to provide a service that goes above and beyond expectations;
o excellent administrative skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications;
o good attention to detail and accuracy to process and maintain information on computer systems;
o the ability to multitask, plan, prioritise and organise high volumes of workload and deadlines.

Please note this role constitutes ‘regulated activity’ as defined by the Protection of Freedom Act 2012. The successful candidate will therefore be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check with barred list information prior to starting employment. You must have the right to work in the UK and will be required to provide evidence to support this.
