The Financial Support Officer is an exciting opportunity to deliver and monitor an efficient and effective financial support service to learners, in line with government and college guidelines.
The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service to parents, teachers, key workers and learners taking into account individual needs.
You will also support learners in their understanding of the financial support available to them and the processes for application and payment.
