We are looking for an experienced Construction Programme Leader to lead and teach on the HNC Construction and the Built Environment programme. We are looking for a highly motivated, student-focused, experienced programme leader and lecturer with excellent subject knowledge, ICT and administrative skills to join our university centre. We require a construction expert able to deliver and tutor students on the Level 4 and willingness to contribute to Level 3 Construction BTEC teaching at times.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to teach in a combination of online and in person lecture settings and be enthusiastic, highly organised and flexible. Good interpersonal skills, a willingness to work collaboratively within a small team, and the ability to provide high quality student support are essential. Additionally, the role involves programme leadership whereby you will be responsible for the overall course delivery and assessment schedules and steer quality improvements. The role will involve working collaboratively with the Higher Education and Construction teams.
