This is an exciting time for our University Centre Reaseheath as our Higher Education programmes continue to grow and develop. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team of staff who are genuinely passionate about their subject and about supporting every student to reach their full potential. Reporting to the Assistant Dean for Higher Education, the successful candidate would be expected to line manage academic staff within the Academy of Food and Business who deliver across a range of programmes, including development of teaching practice, conducting regular appraisals and arranging appropriate CPD. They will also be responsible for some module delivery, student management & leading on development of new curriculum.

The successful candidates will hold a degree and a postgraduate qualification (minimum of MSc) in either Business or Food Science or a related discipline. They need to be able to communicate effectively at all levels and be able to motivate staff to meet all internal and external regulatory requirements.
