We are looking to appoint a Head of Athletic Development to design, implement and oversee a strength and conditioning programme at KGS.
This role will handle all aspects of student progress, from managing student injury to managing academic and sporting commitments and will be designed so that each student demonstrates progress and continuity throughout the year, not just within S&C but also within the PE & Games department.
There is also a real mentoring aspect to this role so we are looking for someone who is a positive role model for our students, who is an excellent communicator and who can be an ambassador for sport and fitness at KGS and in the wider local and national sporting community.
The closing date for applications is 31st October 2021 and the first-round interviews will be held on the 3rd-5th November 2021. As part of the interview process, you will be required to coach an S&C session as well as attend a panel interview.
