Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent (37 hours per week)
Location: Burchetts Green, Maidenhead
We wish to appoint an outstanding and well-qualified individual to lead our Foundation Department. You will be a highly respected teaching practitioner who can demonstrate effective leadership characteristics. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be committed to further driving the growth and success of the Foundation Department.
You will ensure that excellent standards are maintained and that the department continues to progress and excel through managing the recruitment, deployment, development and performance of staff.
You will also ensure that students have a stimulating and enjoyable learning experience to enable them to achieve their very best. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, along with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and students. You will maintain a relentless focus on strategies to sustain the highest quality of teaching and learning to achieve outstanding outcomes for our students.
