Hours per Week: 1.0 FTE
SCC Group has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Destinations, Work Experience and Careers. The successful candidate will lead on the delivery of outstanding Work Experience opportunities and Careers Education Information Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) for students at the college.
They will be a highly experienced and knowledgeable individual, with a proven track record of leading on the implementation and monitoring of performance in this area.
The successful candidate will recognise and value the importance of the development of the whole person and demonstrate a commitment to supporting a college framework that provides students with the skills, knowledge, experience and motivation that they will need to be successful in their next steps.
They will also have an outstanding track record as a leader with excellent communication and organisational skills and an ability to establish meaningful and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholder to support their objectives.
