Head of Faculty - Creative Arts

If so, we want you to be our Head of Faculty for the Creative Arts. You'll lead, specialist teams in Art, Dance, Drama, Fashion, Media and Music in a brand new building with state of the art facilities. You'll work with us to develop the curriculum, lead excellence in teaching and learning, and seek out opportunities that give students the experiences they need for their future pathways.
You are someone who motivates their team well, is confident and communicates effectively. Quality is crucial for us and you will be well organised, have a good eye for detail and have high expectations. You'll be a great teacher already and will know what makes for effective learning. You'll be experienced in the field of Creative Arts and will be able to draw on and develop networks of industry professionals for the benefit of our students. As for energy, you'll have lots and mixed with your enthusiasm, you'll take the team and the college to great places.
