The Fashion Retail Academy (Ofsted outstanding) is a unique, industry led academy. Founded by retail giants, we offer a range of exclusive Fashion courses with unparalleled industry involvement to ensure our students gain the skills and contacts needed to successfully progress to employment.
Supported by and working closely with over 130 fashion brands from high street staples to digital giants and luxury brands, we offer a wide range of specialist fashion Diploma, Degree and Short courses, many of these exclusive to the FRA with start dates throughout the year.
In the context of our ambitious growth and diversification plans, we are currently seeking a Head of Further Education (FE) to be a key member of the Senior Management Team responsible for supporting our FE strategy development and delivery. The post-holder will provide day-to-day leadership support and management of our FE provision and will be responsible for the quality and performance of teaching and learning and ensuring an exceptional student experience and outcomes.
The Head of Further Education (FE) will lead and manage a team of FE staff and design, monitor and evaluate all FE programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the quality and performance of FE teaching and learning and ensuring an exceptional student experience and outcomes.
We are looking for someone experienced in the FE field with a proven track record of success and a combination of strategic thinking and day-to-day team and programme management. You will have the passion to build on our current offering to take our provision to the next level.
