Head of Higher Education & Adult Learning
1.0 FTE (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)
£46,020 to £52,020 per annum
BCoT is looking for a dynamic, inspiring individual to lead the strategic development of Higher Education and Adult Learning, across the college, to secure a year on year increase in the number of courses and students. You will have previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of achieving sustainable growth in both higher and adult education.
You will provide professional leadership and management to the Faculty to secure continual improvements in teaching, learning and assessment and manage the professional development of our staff to raise the achievements of our students.
You will have significant experience of curriculum management and development with a proven track record of securing sustained improvements. You’ll also know how to gather, analyse and interpret information to help you effect change and improvement
You will be passionate about staff and student success and you will be driven to make their experience the best it can be. You will also have the ability to motivate staff, solve problems and effectively manage performance to create a high performing team.
