Head of Learning Skills and Development Service (Additional Learning Support)
Full Time, 37 hours p/week
Starting salary: £36,061 per annum

An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen for a Head of Learning and Skills Development Service. This role will join the College Management Team to provide outstanding vision, management and leadership of our Additional Learning Support teams across the college campuses.

The Head of the Learning and Skills Development Service (LSDS) will work alongside campus LSDS managers and their teams to deliver an outstanding impact on student achievement, experience and progression. You will represent the College externally and provide strategic vision for learning support. You will work closely with curriculum colleagues and have credible experience of teaching, learning and assessment to lead on developments and coaching of managers, teachers and assessors in meeting students’ diverse needs.
