Notre Dame School is seeking to appoint a Head of Learning Support (SENCO) to oversee learning support across the Senior School. You will work closely with the Head, SLT and colleagues in the strategic development of the school’s Learning Support and Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) policy. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the policy with the aim of raising Learning Support pupil achievement. As a dynamic and motivated Head of Learning Support, you will share our determination for every child to reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will be a committed team player and leader with excellent organisational and technical skills. They will have the ability to effectively support learning and teaching, and develop relationships across the Senior school and the Notre Dame community.
Full time or substantial part time considered.
